Fill out the Angelo Paintball Insurance Waiver from your home or your phone by clicking the link below or scanning the QR Code.
---If you are 18 or older and filling out a waiver just for yourself, click the "Myself" tab. If you are with a group, select the group name from the drop down menu....otherwise just fill out your info!
---If you are the parent or legal guardian of someone under the age of 18, you must click the "Myself & Children" tab if we do not have an online waiver on file for the adult (even if you do not plan to play....but why wouldn't you play?

**Please Remember!! You are personally liable (legally and financially) for any minor for whom you fill out a waiver and attach to yours.
If you have already filled out a waiver online for yourself, you can click the "+Child to Existing Waiver" tab.
Now, just give us your names at the window when you arrive, and we'll get you checked in!
